I am Not a Prostitute

Chapter 28

Chapter 28

I sat huddled behind the storage boxes, my entire body shaking.

Dried tears stained my cheeks. Shit couldn't get any worse.

I knew sinister would be looking for me, but I couldn't bring myself to move.

I didn't even know that woman, but my heart bled for her. I could only imagine if sinister had done that to someone I knew.

Sinister truly was a soulless monster.

I glanced down at the tattoo on my wrist, the black Mafia insignia was a symbol of who I was now. And I hated it.

I was about to get up, and return to my room, when the garage door opened and a black SUV pulled in.

The door remained open,

A way out!!

I crept over near the door, remaining hidden, as I looked for the best way out.

The door to the sleek car opened and men piled out, I heard the screaming immediately as they dragged a figure out of the car.

Oh god, not another poor victim.

"LET GO OF ME YOU FUCK HEAD!!!" I heard a shrill scream as they pulled a girl with a bag over her head out of the car.

I squinted as I saw blonde hair poking out from under the bag.

"YOU LITTLE COCK SUCKER, TIFANI WILL DESTROY YOU!" She roared, and dread suddenly pooled through me as I recognized that voice.

My heart raced, my entire body froze.

"Shut up, you stupid bitch." One of the men growled as he kicked her legs out from under her, and sat her in a chair

her voice muffled as he ripped the bag off of her head.

Oh my god.

It's Brie.

SINISTER POV:

"Sir, we have Tifani's girlfriend. She's in the garage, would you like us to bring her into the interrogation room?"

I shook my head, "no, that's okay. There's already blood in the garage, keep her in there."

Antonio Tifani, the leader of the Italian Mafia.

After him and his crew made an attempt on our cocaine shipments, I thought I would send a message for him to never mess with our supplies, and sent seven of my men to shoot up one of his compounds.

He had them all killed.

This was my payback, kill his bitch girlfriend, maybe send her head in a box back to him, make sure he gets the message.

I walked with my men into the garage, where the little whore sat, screaming a string of colorful curses.

"Enough." I growled at her.

She was a fairly attractive enough woman, with bleach blonde hair, and a face full of makeup.

Her full breasts heaved as she stared daggers at me, her green eyes flaming.

"You are Antonio Tifani's girlfriend, no?"

She said nothing.

I grinned mercilessly at her, "shame that he has to be the reason you die."

Her eyes widened in panic, "y-you can't kill me! I thought you were gonna use me as ransom or something."

I shrugged, "a good idea that would be, except for the fact that I have zero intention of returning you to Tifani, alive."

Her eyebrows shot up, a tear streamed down her face.

"You see, blondie..." I said slowly as I took out a switchblade and walked around her "your little boyfriend...is a bad bad man." I took the knife and trailed it along her facial features.

She blinked away another tear.

"He killed seven of my men, so now I have every intention of taking away the woman he supposedly loves."

I stopped the knife at her throat, pressing the tip slightly in, until drops of blood trailed down her neck. She inhaled slightly.

"Fuck you." She said strongly.

My temper rose. How dare this whore speak to me like that, her little boyfriend is the reason so many good men died.

I took the knife away from her throat, and with a smug smile, I smashed my ringed fist across her face.

She screamed as my fist connected with her flesh, blood sprayed out of her mouth from the contact, a cut from one of my rings opened up at the side of her mouth.

"do not speak to me that way, blondie."

"Why does it matter? You'll kill me either way."

I nodded in agreement, "how very true. But since I fully plan on sending your head back to your boyfriend, I suppose I can't shoot your brains out."

She sighed in relief.

"I suppose your heart will suffice."

She let out a scream as I raised my gun, and just as I was about to pull the trigger, I heard another scream.

A familiar scream.

I turned towards the noise, the gun still pointed towards the blonde.

Calla stood twenty feet away, tears streaming down her face.

I cursed under my breath as I nodded for Afanas to take care of it.

I hated that calla had to see this side of me, it was unfortunate, and probably a major setback to our relationship.

"No!" She screamed, running past Afanas.

"Sinister" she sobbed as she ran towards me, "you can't kill her. I know her."

dread filled me as I looked between Tifani's girlfriend , who was now yelling Callas name through tears, and calla, who looked at me with fear.

"Calla, you are not apart of this." I growled as Afanas grabbed her.

She struggled against him, tears pouring down her face as she kicked and scratched Afanas.

Three of my men ran to help Afanas but he waved them off, and I stood with my gun still aimed at Tifani's girlfriend.

"Sinister! Please!" She begged, as Afanas began dragging her away.

Her big blue eyes pleaded with me, and I couldn't help the guilt that flooded through me.

Fuck, why does this little girl have such an effect on me?

I raised my hand for Afanas to stop dragging her.

I walked to Slayer and Damien who had been watching with wide eyes as the scene unfolded.

"Take his girlfriend to the dark room, don't touch her, don't say anything to her. Await further orders."

"Yes sir." They said in unison.

I walked over to Calla, she looked so fierce and strong, yet so vulnerable, and I hated the way she made me crumble my walls.

"Please, sinister, don't kill her." She begged, her lip quivering.

I wondered how long she had been sitting there, if she had seen my other violent interrogation.

One look in her fear filled eyes, and I had my answer.

I nodded my head for Afanas to let her go as I gathered her in my arms.

She fought me as I crushed her to me, her small body no match to fight me.

She cried into my dress shirt, and continued to fight me as I walked out of the garage and made my way down the halls.

She bit, scratched, punched, kicked, screamed and cried, as I continued to pull her down the halls.

Eventually, she dropped all of her weight to the ground, and I caught her with ease, bundling her small frame in my arms.

I carried her up the stairs and whisked her into my room, her tears dampening my shirt.

She clung to me, as she sobbed, and I hated the guilt and the pain I felt at seeing her so destroyed.

"Shh calla, it's okay, I'm not going to hurt her."

she raised her head to me, tears clinging to her eyes, "but you hurt that other woman, and that man."

I nodded quietly, "I know baby I know, I'm sorry you had to see that. I promise, I'm not going to hurt your friend, not if she means that much to you."

I realized it was true as I said it, I made that promise and I had every intention of keeping it.

She pressed herself into me, "thank you" she said quietly, "she's all I have left of who I used to be."

I nodded, and silently cursed for allowing myself to become to vulnerable.

This girl had turned out to be so much more that I ever thought she would be.

I had spent years building walls that were supposed to keep everyone out, but then calla crashed into my life, and with one touch of her finger, those walls turned to ashes.

She was supposed to be just a prostitute.

She was never supposed to mean this much to me.
