Chapter 1404: Chapter 1403: Car Accident“Foreign?”
Maxwell Peary was also taken aback for a moment. This was really strange. He had thought it was Leon Blackwood’s doing, but didn’t expect these factions to come from overseas.
“Check if Andrew has been exposed.”
This was what Maxwell Peary was most worried about.
If Andrew was exposed, he definitely shouldn’t go back.
The Mafia are everywhere over there. Once Andrew is exposed, he would be in great danger.
“I’ll check again.”
Annie Davidson started tracking, frowning as she searched non-stop.
An hour later, she finally had a faint clue.
“It’s not from Sicily, I’ll keep investigating.”
It’s not Andrew, which is good, but it’s essential to find out who it is.
To dare to do such a thing to Owen Lewis.
This time, he definitely wouldn’t let it go.
Annie Davidson kept checking throughout the whole day but still found nothing.
At night, Nia Mitchell was driving home, but unexpectedly…
A car accident occurred.
With a loud “bang,” Nia Mitchell was terribly startled.
Sitting in the car, Nia Mitchell couldn’t recover for a long time, blinking her eyes in bewilderment.
At this moment, the driver of the car in front got out.
“What are you doing? How are you driving?”
Upon seeing it was a young girl, the driver walked over with a domineering air.
Nia Mitchell also got out of the car, frowning as she looked at this car.
Everything was fine.
The car Nia Mitchell was driving didn’t have a single scratch on it, it looked brand new.
In contrast, the other car could only be described as a wreck.
The front of the car had a big hole, the license plate had fallen off, and the hood was deformed and lifted.
“I was driving properly, you rushed over.”
Nia Mitchell looked at this driver, finding it really ridiculous.
She hadn’t violated any traffic rules, it was this man who suddenly came rushing over from the other side.
This road wasn’t narrow at all, and it was obvious this person was driving on the wrong side.
So no matter how you looked at it, it was this guy’s fault.
Nia Mitchell saw that he still argued and turned back to her car.
“You need money, right? I’ll give it to you.”
Once Nia Mitchell got out, she noticed three men in the other car.
Her heart started pounding.
She walked calmly to her car and got in.
Before the man could react, she quickly shut the car door.
Nia Mitchell patted her chest in relief.
It was simply too frightening.
At this point, the other side reacted and immediately came over to pound on Nia Mitchell’s car door.
“You little ****, get out and compensate us!”
The man pounded on Nia Mitchell’s car, but no matter how much he yelled, Nia Mitchell wouldn’t budge.
By this point, she quickly pulled out her phone to call the police.
“Hello, is this 110? A car accident occurred at xxxx road, xxx section, in Capital Town, please come quickly, they’re trying to attack me!”
After finishing, the other side responded leisurely with just an acknowledgment, then said someone would come over soon to handle it.
Listening to their attitude, Nia Mitchell frowned tightly,
“My car’s license plate is xxxx.”
Nia Mitchell reported the license plate number directly to let them know she had connections.
Sure enough, when they checked the license plate number, seeing that it belonged to Maxwell Peary.
Immediately, they became uneasy.
“We’ll send someone right away.”
After hanging up, the entire Police Station was alerted.
Director Zhang immediately dispatched his most capable subordinate to handle it, and not only that, but also had the nearby traffic police go maintain the scene.
Especially to prevent the perpetrators from escaping the scene.
